3. Visit the 3-Strands Sharehouse
After visiting the house with the manager, make a decision and write up a contract.
4. Move-in
Get simple instructions from the manager and
start living in the house.
Deposit and Utilities
There is security deposit of 500,000 won. Utility bills(including electricity, water, gas) are shared and paid by 1/n.
Contract and Renewal
The first contract is at least six months. It can be extended any time but notice the manager when you leave one month in advance.
Sharehouse Rules
No pets,
No smoking,
No excessive drinking,
No dirtiness.

Cleaning and Life
Clean the public space together and use the shared items with care. Let's be considerate and respectful of each other.
The 10 Rules in 3-Strands Sharehouse!
1. Please separate the garbage and dispose of your own trash.
2. Please wash the dishes immediately after using them.
3. Please keep it clean after using the bathroom.
4. Please use the public things with care. (Repayment if damaged or lost)
5. Please save water and electricity.(Utility fees are shared)
6. Please don’t use or steal from others.
7. Please don’t bother others after excessive drinking.
8. Please don't bring outsiders without prior notice.
9. Please don't smoke indoors and keep pets.
10. Please be considerate of people in sleep at night.
